Return & Exchange Policy

At Amora Studio, we strive to provide premium-quality products and ensure every customer has a great shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only if the requested size is available in stock.

Customers must request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

The customer is responsible for the delivery/courier charges when exchanging for a different size.

Design Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different design, we are happy to assist, subject to stock availability.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

The customer will be responsible for both the return and the replacement delivery charges.

Design exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To process your request:

Send clear photos/videos showing the defect along with your order details.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

The exchange request is made after the allowed time period.

The product is returned without its original packaging or tags.

The issue is due to incorrect size selection by the customer (except for a size exchange under the conditions mentioned above).

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges according to the policy stated above.
